Hey! My name is Greg, and welcome to Workout Wisdom Hub! While you’re here, you will find lots of tips, tricks, and overall advice in many areas of fitness, including weightlifting, dieting, bodyweight exercises, and other topics related to physical health. My main goal is to give people more options to work out at home, as I’m well aware that many don’t have the time or money to go to the gym. Or they simply don’t want to for personal reasons.
Like many others, I worry about my physical well-being. You know the drill – if I’m eating right, if I’m eating too much, if I don’t exercise enough, yeah, yeah, yeah. You’ve heard it all before. I’ve never had a lean or shredded physique like something you’d find on Instagram, nor am I some hulking bodybuilder. I’m just a guy who, throughout these last 5 years, I’ve really dived into weightlifting and just about every part of working out. It’s become one of my greatest passions in life. I’m so glad I started because it’s completely changed my life around. I still got some work to do, but I’m in this for life.
Starting out, I had no idea what I was doing. I’m not gonna lie to you, it was bad. Dieting, lifting form, and my overall knowledge was pretty much nonexistent. Thankfully, I had some friends and coaches who were able to get me started, and once I actually got what I was doing, it became fun. I genuinely started to enjoy it, and that still hasn’t changed!
After the basics were down, I started my own research. I covered what felt like every aspect of fitness: proper form, dieting, preferred and recommended lifting schedules, which exercises covered what muscles, dos, don’ts, and a whole lot more. I underestimated how much I had to learn, but I knew I had to continue if I wanted to improve. Now, after everything I’ve seen, heard, read, and done, I’m looking to help others so that they can accomplish their goals.
All the information I share here is information of my own interpretation, understanding, and opinion from what I’ve experienced along the way. As long as I can help someone with what I provide, that’s all that matters.
